How much does SiteNotePro cost?
Solo and Firm both run at a discounted early-access rate, locked in for life for our first members. Rather than a public list price while we onboard the founding group, we set a rate that fits your team. Tell us a little about your work and we will come straight back to you.
What is the Founding Firm partnership?
A limited offer for the first five Irish practices: a discounted Firm rate locked in for life, plus a monthly session with the founder and direct input into what gets built. Once five firms have signed up, this offer closes for good. Get in touch to find out the rate.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your full Master Project File at any time before cancelling. We keep your data for 90 days after cancellation, then it is permanently deleted.
Is SiteNotePro compliant with Irish data protection law?
Yes. All data is stored on EU servers. We are fully GDPR compliant and your data is never used to train AI models.
Does the AI replace the engineer?
No. SiteNotePro AI suggests, drafts and flags, but every output is reviewed by you before it goes anywhere. The engineer stays responsible. Always.
Can I add more users to Solo?
Solo is a single-user plan. If you need more seats, the Firm plan covers up to 10 users. Get in touch and we will help you pick the right fit.
