Who we are

SiteNotePro is currently operated by its founders from Ireland. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller for the information described here. We are in the process of incorporating SiteNotePro as a company; once that is complete, this section will be updated with our registered company details. You can reach us at info@sitenotepro.ie.

What we collect

We only collect what we need:

• Information you give us directly, such as your name, work email and firm name, when you join the early access waitlist or contact us.
• Basic, aggregate technical information when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, approximate region and device type, collected without cookies and used to keep the site working, secure and useful. This data does not identify you.

The marketing website does not require an account and does not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your early access request or enquiry.
• To tell you about the product and your place in the early access cohort.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you submit your details to join the waitlist or contact us, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, though this may affect your place on the waitlist.

Who we share it with

We may share your information with service providers who help us run the site, such as hosting and email providers. They are only permitted to use your information to provide these services to us, under appropriate data protection terms.

Where your data is held

We aim to use service providers based in the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a provider is located outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, are put in place before any data is transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and enquiry details for as long as needed to manage early access and respond to you, and then delete them. You can ask us to remove your details sooner.

Keeping your data secure

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• object to or restrict how we use it; and
• receive your data in a portable format.

Children

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only the cookies needed for it to function. For analytics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that identifies you. If we ever add non-essential cookies or cross-site tracking, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
